Requirements: 

  • You have successfully completed a technical education, preferably in the software field.
  • You can combine your experience in handling software projects with a strong IT affinity.
  • You also bring along a good feeling for your customers.
  • Your German and English skills are at an excellent level.

Tasks:

  • Management of software subscriptions and support contracts
  • Support of ongoing sales and marketing activities
  • Customer care: point of contact for existing and potential customers (phone, email, and chat)
  • Data management: management of our customers' and sales partners' data (phone, email, and chat)

Requirements: 

  • Due to our international orientation, we expect excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solution- and customer-oriented mindset and friendly manner
  • Experience and knowledge of communication in English in a professional environment
  • 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM software is an advantage
